Unlike most other practices that now use automated answering services, when you call us during business hours you will be greeted by a highly trained and experienced staff member who knows how important these calls are to you, and respects the value of your time. Our goal is an expedited process that gets you the answers that you need and the care that you deserve.

KEYS TO A SUCCESSFUL APPOINTMENT:

  • Make sure we have your medical records in our office before you arrive for your appointment.
  • Be honest with the doctor about your medical history. Many underlying medical conditions can affect the hand.
  • Write down your questions in advance and bring them to your appointment.
  • Arrive early for your first appointment to complete new patient paperwork. You may also print the forms from this site and complete them at your convenience.
  • You can read our Notice of Privacy Practices ahead of time, but we also provide copies in the office.
  • Bring your insurance card and photo ID.
  • While it is often helpful to bring another adult with you, our exam rooms cannot accommodate more than one companion.
